Upgrade My Meal is an AI-powered recipe generation platform that allows users to upload photos of food or ingredients and receive personalized recipes along with AI-generated dish imagery. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Upgrade My Meal. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Upgrade My Meal to:

• Upload images that are offensive, illegal, or infringe on any third party's rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service or its AI models.
• Use automated bots or scripts to access the Service at scale.
• Misrepresent AI-generated recipes as professional medical or dietary advice.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (including images and reviews). By posting content, you grant Upgrade My Meal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use that content solely within the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Recipes, nutritional estimates, and dish images generated by Upgrade My Meal are produced by AI and provided for informational and inspirational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, nutritional correctness, or suitability for specific dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions. Always exercise your own judgment and consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice. Upgrade My Meal is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recipes.

8. Rate Limits & Fair Use

To ensure fair access for all users, recipe generation is subject to reasonable rate limits (up to 5 recipes per hour per account). Reviews are limited to 3 submissions per hour. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on Upgrade My Meal are our property or the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use any such intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Upgrade My Meal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, allergic reactions, foodborne illness, or data loss.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Upgrade My Meal and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Upgrade My Meal at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
